Bug Report: Pending tasks (after pulse stop/fail progress)
`Steps to Reproduce`

Upload an attached information document. You can generate a document presentation, wait for it to generate everything (above 100 minutes). When you go to save the file, you think endlessly. Press the "stop" button. The task continues to execute.

`Expected Result`

A file ppt generated or continue chat.

`Actual Result`

Chat is disabled. The task run.

Windows 10, Chrome.
