Bug Report: ChatGPT app is not working on mobile
`Steps to Reproduce`

Log in with your email account on the mobile app.

`Expected Result`

Get access to your account, sessions, conversation with the AI, updated in real time.

`Actual Result`

No new sessions, no new messages shown, I logged out and tried to log in again, uninstalled the app and installed it again and it says "there is an error with your request". It's happening in both of my phone's, with both of my accounts.
