Bug Report: Sora issues cameo
`Steps to Reproduce`

So With I turn off improve model for everyone I still get this content may violate the user cameo usage guidelines which means is for bugs

This is no bug, and also has nothing to do with "Impove model for everyone".

This is just when someone has certain restrictions on the character/cameo, in character settings.

Example: let's say I put restrictions on my cameo "No sunglasses" > you then write a prompt "@[cameo] with sunglasses" > "This content may violate the user's cameo usage guidelines".

Those extra details ("missing") are fine to show in the actual prompts and scenes, but if you write them as strict rules, Sora will keep checking them and saying you might be breaking your own guidelines. So we keep the cameo (settings/instructions) simple and let the prompt do the complex stuff.
