Bug Report: ChatGPT show's "stopped thinking" without giving an answer if the model reasons for more than 10 min
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • Billing plan: Plus.
  • Model: Chat GPT-5.1-Thinking-Extended.
  • How to reproduce: Give the model a specific task that requires at least 10 to 15 minutes of reasoning.
`Expected Result`

The model should give the answer when he finishes reasoning.

`Actual Result`

The model shows "Stopped Thinking" and gives no answer.
