Bug Report: "Branch in new chat" not working in Windows App
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT App on Windows
  2. open any chat
  3. Select "Branch in New Chat" button on any generated response
`Expected Result`

Should branch into new chat.

`Actual Result`

Button says "loading..." forever and never actually branches the chat.

`Environment`

Windows 11, running ChatGPT app version 1.2025.285.0
