Bug Report: SoraVideoGeneration: changing any settings not possible
`Steps to Reproduce`

I look at my plan. It is listed at "Business" and I should be able to have one cancurrent video generation @720p for 10s available.

When I describe what should be rendered and want to change the settings, eveything is "greyed out". The settings are switched to create "2" videos at 480p for 5s. I cannot change anything except the aspect ratio.

`Expected Result`

To be able to change settings.

`Actual Result`

Not possible

`Environment`

Chrome, Win11, using Sora via TeamSubscription (Business) with two people enabled in that plan.

Logged out, deleted all cookies, logged in again. Same result 🙁

Also: when trying to generate a video with the settings provided per default all I get is:
