Bug Report: GPTs are no longer following instructions

`Steps to Reproduce`

Since yesterday, the GPTs I've been using for several months have stopped following the instructions. This issue isn't limited to just one GPT: all of my personal GPTs no longer follow the instructions provided in their configuration interface (or they follow them much less, let's say they follow 10% of the instructions whereas before they followed 100%).

I did delete all my cookies and site data yesterday, I don't know if it's related.

It should transcript the text on the image.

But since yesterday, instead of transcripting the image to text, it explain the image like ChatGPT would do it by default, without considering the instructions in the GPT settings.

The instructions in the GPT settings start with something like :

I'm going to send you an image. Your role is to send me the text from the image, enclosed in quotation marks, so that it can be copied and pasted into Markdown format, with the following specifications:

...

Before yesterday, it worked perfectly well... But since yesterday, when I send an image, he explain the image instead of following the instructions (sending the text in the image).
