`Expected Result`

ChatGPT Project should only use current project instructions, not prior versions.

`Actual Result`

The assistant clearly states it's been using a prior version of project instructions to process responses.

ChatGPT is not just using conversations as memory - it's using prior project instructions in context, and it doesn't know where its context is coming from. In other words, responses aren't just based on the current prompt, conversation, project, or even the entire corpus of all discussions - the ChatGPT application is pulling in data from old/deleted project instructions.
