Bug Report: Chat gets stuck on generating and generates multiple responses unprompted
`Steps to Reproduce`
This is difficult because it doesn't happen predictably, but occasionally, ChatGPT gets stuck on a prompt (so far, I've only had this happen on iOs) and loads seemingly continuously. Let it keep loading its response without attempting to stop it or closing the app.
`Expected Result`
For it to time out and give an error message, so the user can attempt to regenerate the response without losing 5.1 messages on the Free plan.
`Actual Result`
It'll produce a massive amount of responses to the same one prompt, even though the user never asked it to regenerate its response. Most of these responses are complete and follow the user prompt, some are cut off, or empty. So far, the first message has always been complete - so there is no need for ChatGPT to have generated 8+ other responses. Because of this, users on the Free plan immediately lose their 5.1 access.
