Bug Report: ChatGPT's Voice Mode on Web is completely off-base
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • Open browser in Windows 11,
  • Go to the ChatGPT web version.
  • Start a conversation in Voice mode, try to say anything.
  • Wait for ChatGPT's answer.
`Expected Result`

ChatGPT accurately transcribes and answers to voice-dictated messages in its web version.

`Actual Result`

The transcription on screen matches what has been said, but ChatGPT keeps answering something totally different that has nothing to do with the initial message.
