Bug Report: Chat GPT dynamic window focus error
`Steps to Reproduce`

When open chatgpt desktop app's dynamic reply window using hotkey (option+space), the focus isn't in the input box, sometimes the cursor or pointer that indicates where you are typing shows for a split second then disappears.

`Expected Result`

the window is supposed to open with the focus on it, so that when i type it does in the chat

`Actual Result`

the dynamic window appears, but i type into void since its not focused on the dynamic window
