Bug Report: Outlook Email connector broken

Connect the Outlook Email connector

`Expected Result`

It is in the connector menu or automatically available to models in chat.

`Actual Result`

Models claim it only has access to Gmail (I also tried disconnecting my Gmail which didn't work).
