At this time, Sora 2 and the Sora app are only available in a limited set of countries: United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Romania is not currently on the list of supported countries for Sora 2 or the Sora app. There is no official information in the knowledge sources about when or if Sora will become available in Romania.
