Sora 1 (the original Sora web experience) is available in the Philippines, as it is included in OpenAI’s list of supported countries for Sora 1 on web. However, the Sora app and Sora 2 (the newer app and web versions) are only available in a limited set of countries: United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan. The Philippines is not currently included in the supported countries for the Sora app or Sora 2.
