Bug Report: Almost all my Sora 1 images generated after 11/6 are GONE
`Steps to Reproduce`

Log into Sora 1, look at images generated. There aren't any after 11/6. A few exceptions exist, such as a few images that were put in folders can be seen in those folders. Some images that were favorited can be viewed when looking at favorites. All others are gone.

My images are visible and can be downloaded

They aren't.

This is literally all I've got in my My Media from 11/6 until this afternoon.

I do have access to these few images which each were put into a folder and also are favorited. This is the view of that folder.

Yes, they are not gone. They are still there. As Raven Hime said, they are still accessible. However, you are right. This is a huge bug.

They are also accessible via search function. Conclusion is that generations are still there but the My Media feed does not work properly. They are fiddlyng with it. Most likely trying to fix the deletion problem. Fix one place, break an other. Plus, I noticed that the annoying ”enter a code to access the new sora” has been removed.

I can confirm now that the problem is related to PRO users and probably those who have access to Sora2 and somthing is conflicting between Sora1 and Sora2. On free accounts and no Sora2 access theres no problems at all.

You're right @waxen oriole ! It's not friendly, but there's hope. So it should be possible to fix this issue.

The Thanksgiving day tomorrow in USA will slow things down. I am waiting what will be the next issue after this. They have fixed/broken so many things after end of October...

I was able to find them in the Bell icon last night. But this morning they are all gone, except for the last two generations I made.

I looked at a few old prompts to see what would happen if I re-ran them. It looked as if they had turned into failed videos instead of failed images for some reason.

UPDATE: I just checked a few seconds ago, and they all (slowly) repopulated into the original location.

UPDATE: ...aaand they're gone again!

Mine was fixed this morning for about 6hrs. I was too tired to download 500 images today. They are gone again.

I am indeed paying money to OpenAI and have access to Sora 2 and see some Sora 2 reels in my sora 1 gallery now that I look.

I would gladly throw away my access to Sora 2, frankly. As soon as Sora 1 images go away I probably am canceling my subscription anyway.

The same issue here.

All my images from 11/20 to 11/24 disappear. More than 50 remixes....

The weird is that in "activity log" appear what I generate and some open the images, but I don't see in the Library.

P.S.: I'm Pro user too....

Scrolling and retreiving illustrations from activity is a task I would NOT recommend even to my worst enemy...

The problem is not the current or future illustrations (which btw seems started working properly) BUT the thousands of illustrations that I still have to download. Accessing them via activity is possible but goin further in time is a hellish process and I decided just to wait when they (will or not) fix it. Meanwhile I cancelled the subscription, cause frankly this kind of bugs are extremely annoying ADDING to the fact that it was not possible to DELETE unwanted illustrations...

The fact that they DID NOT address the issue (I NEVER received a response to my mail) and the fact that they stay silent on the issue is disgusting.

I tried it and it works. It's a tedious, cumbersome, multi-click, multi-scroll process if you have a lot of pictures. It shouldn't have to be done. But it works.

Damn! It works for me. Glad you found a workaround.I can't find any way to report this problem other than through the "report a bug" function on Discord.
This is really problematic, especially since I work with this tool (Sora), and it's a major drawback. If I can't access my feed, I'll switch to another AI solution. It's too complicated, and there's no support even though you're paying.

I also see images loading. I don't know yet whether the sora 2 videos are still mixed in they are so far back in time and i dont care about them to scroll anymore

Quality is now... uh... really different. Sora 1 is now using the same model as GPT 5.2. If you had an established art style before then congrats... you don't anymore.
