Bug Report: Credit balance - 429 Too many requests
`Steps to Reproduce`

  • Accessing https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/overview

  • Shows "Failed to load credit balance, please try again later"

  • retry over 1.5 hours later on a different device and the same message

  • inspecting the network tab shows multiple requests to check-credit (5 in 1 min) all of which report 429 Too Many Requests.
