`Steps to Reproduce`
Have the system generate a file, or upload a file for the model to read and process.
`Expected Result`
The model should process the file and move on from that point, either generating a response, modifying the file as requested, or processing the file as requested, then moving on from needing to access that file again unless requested to.
`Actual Result`
Every response after sending the file to the system or having the system generate a file includes the system trying unsuccessfully to access the file, even if the file was generated or process properly and successfully. It is 'stuck' on trying to process the file it seemingly has no access to, even though the system clearly already processed or generated the file.
`Environment`
Web accessed private GPT through Windows 11, Firefox (browser makes no difference), and plus account.
