Bug Report: GPT generating unasked for images
`Steps to Reproduce`

I have no idea. It just keeps trying to generate images.

`Expected Result`

Don’t generate images unless I request any to be generated. This only started happening after I tested out Group Chats.

`Actual Result`

Generates random images no matter what I say.

`Environment`

iOS app, inside a project, using 4o

Start a new conversation and – if it persists – just use a newer model, 4o is really legacy and shouldn't be used for normal chats. Also: don't ask the model why it does something or what it's doing, just start new chats.

a model cannot self diagnose. The model itself is not the one that is malfunctioning but the runtime- the instance of it. So as you've been advised- open a new thread.
