Bug Report: Suddenly giving "message too long" errors
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am submitting a request with around 3,500 lines of source code into the chat window to do large code modifications.

`Expected Result`

Process my request!

`Actual Result`

Suddenly ChatGPT is giving "The message you submitted was too long, please edit it and resubmit." This has been working for a year and a half. PLEASE FIX THIS. You have completely broken my workflow. 5.1 was already grossly broken, but I had been able to use "5 Thinking" the last few days. Now everything is completely broken.
