Bug Report: ChatGPT Dumbed Down Mode
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am facing a problem with ChatGPT. When I try to chat with any models, including ChatGPT 5 "Pro" or 5.1, they don't "thinking" and respond instantly. Even when I asked, the model what he is he answerr to be GPT-4, as shown in the attached photo. However, I am on the "Pro" Plan, which I paid $200 for, and expected to use the latest version.
This is extremely frustrating and embarrassing, and I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
