Bug Report: CMD + C / CMD + V / CMD + A not working in Atlas when i using russian layout
`Steps to Reproduce`

When the Russian keyboard layout is enabled on the computer, the shortcuts for copy, paste, and select often stop working. To make them work again, I have to switch back to the English layout.
