Bug Report: Uploads expiring immediately
`Steps to Reproduce`

Upload a document in pdf format with your message
ask about the document

`Expected Result`

chatgpt opens the document and answers the question

`Actual Result`

Bug report – File uploads broken

When I upload a file, it gets routed into the developer channel instead of the user channel.
That makes the file inaccessible to ChatGPT, which then says it’s “expired.”
Happens with all uploads.

Message from ChatGPT:
This is a routing bug on my side — I can’t see the files at all. Please fix.
