Bug Report: ChatGPT 5.1
`Steps to Reproduce`

I don’t know the steps to reproduce this issue besides that you updated to 5.1 and it’s still a disaster.

`Expected Result`

So I asked the AI if it could “ reset itself” to before this whole looping phase and repeating itself phase started.

`Actual Result`

And it was working for a few hours, but now it’s starting to loop itself again.
