Bug Report: Randomly Failed generations on SORA PRO with credits steal
`Steps to Reproduce`
I make a prompt that totally respects all policies, doesnt infringe third party rights, uses my characters, doesnt have explicit , racial or any material that violates policies officially stated on Sora page. However, 60-70 percent of my prompts are blocked RANDOMLY, with random reason (sexual, explicit, racial, 3d parties content etc message displayed), and exact same prompts can go through with no problem but just in 30 percent cases. credits are not restored for failed generations.
`Expected Result`
Return credits for all failed generations. Have a human support to be able to cancel plan due to the credits steal by the systme on paid version if not restored. Specify the exact restrictions so the prompt can be adjusted to avoid block, not just any random block of any even the most innocent prompt which is totally arbitrary and looks like lottery and creadit steal and scam.
`Actual Result`
I payed 200 dollars per Sora pro and I get 70 percent randomly blocked prompts with no credits restore. My prompt do not contain any of the random reasons that Sora tries to show as excuses for failed generations. I can share prompts and screenshots
