Bug Report: Sora 2: charged for failed video generations
`Steps to Reproduce`

It’s difficult to reproduce a failed video generation error. That’s Sora’s doing.

`Expected Result`

In the case of a system failure I should have been refunded the full 5 video gens.

`Actual Result`

In the past hour I’ve had two 10-second Sora 2 Pro high res renders fail due to “video generation failed” errors, resulting in “something went wrong” messages. I was only refunded 1 of the 5 video gens. For example, I had 25 video gens and submitted a prompt. My total dropped to 20 video gens. After the failure it only went up to 21, not 25.
