Bug Report: Remix of a draft video can't be posted if original draft deleted
`Steps to Reproduce`

1: Create a video, keep in drafts (Video 1)
2: Remix Video 1, created Video 2
3: Both Video 1 and Video 2 are "drafts"
4: Delete Video 1.
5: Attempt to post Video 2.

`Expected Result`

Video 2 posts without error

`Actual Result`

Network error returned: "400: Parent post not found".
