Bug Report: ChatGPT Codex output is malformed (displays raw markdown)
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. prompt ChatGPT Codex
  2. wait for the response
  3. occasionally it will output raw markdown that cannot be used
`Expected Result`

Output in normal format so Start task button can be clicked and output readable.

`Actual Result`

Occasionally it will output raw markdown that cannot be used. Checked on different operating systems and browsers, and the output is still raw markdown.
