Bug Report: Unable to delete image sets that fail to generate on Sora.

`Steps to Reproduce`

Delete the failed image set then refresh or leave the page.

`Expected Result`

The image set is deleted forever.

`Actual Result`

The failed image sets come back.

Windows 11, iOS, Chrome, Microsoft Edge
