Bug Report: My character permission and bio settings wont save.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Edit the bio and permissions of your character then save and refresh the page

`Expected Result`

The settings saved correctly.

`Actual Result`

Everytime. I go back to the characters page. the permissions always go back to only me and the bio becomes blank again

PC, Windows 11, Google Chrome Version 142
