Sora 2 (the Sora app and Sora 2 on web) is currently not available in the United Kingdom (UK). Access to the Sora app and Sora 2 is limited to users in the United States and Canada at launch, and the UK is specifically mentioned as not included at this time. Expansion to other regions, including the UK, may happen in the future, but there is no confirmed timeline yet Getting started with the Sora app Sora App and Sora 2 - Supported Countries.
