Bug Report: Sora 2 Pro: incorrect refresh time
`Steps to Reproduce`

View the Usage for Sora 2 (in Settings)

`Expected Result`

It told me that my video gens would refresh on Nov. 7th at 9:36pm

`Actual Result`

My video gens refreshed at approximately 3pm instead of 9:36pm. This resulted in the wasting of 75 video gens that I would have used had I known. I was holding off using them in case the OTHER bug (the incorrect pricing) might be fixed by then.
