Bug Report: Pro discount not applying in Sora 2 even though it still displays.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Attempt a pro generation, discount shows at bottom. Create video, check usage, usage dropped at the NON discount rate.

`Expected Result`

I get the discount because it shows it. This is outrageous. Hire better developers/QA.

`Actual Result`

I get charged the full price even though it says the discount.

Web App, any browser.
