#Problem exporting data

When trying to export my data, it does send me the email, but when it click the link, all it gives me is a JSON object:

  4. Request a new export: If the link still doesn't work, try repeating the export process from your ChatGPT account or the Privacy Portal.

Clicking this icon will open a chat where you can submit your support request. If you have an account, you can also log in and use the "Help" button to start a conversation. For users in the EU, you also have the option to email OpenAI at DSA-users@openai.com.
