Bug Report: Lack of feature to quickly navigate to the desired chats
`Steps to Reproduce`

Absence of the Search Chats button (from the top of the left sidebar) is noticed as soon as I log in.

`Expected Result`

The Search Chats button (with the magnifying glass symbol) appears at the top of the left sidebar.

`Actual Result`

Search Chats button (with the magnifying glass symbol) missing from my entire ChatGPT GUI.
