Bug Report: Impossible to connect a ChatGPT Apps in Development Mode

`Steps to Reproduce`

Go to Apps & Connectors with development mode activated
Link a valid MCP Server

`Expected Result`

That the connector would be available

`Actual Result`

We get an error when calling the endpoint /list_accessible

`Environment`

Chrome Browser (ChatGPT)
