Bug Report: MCP Developer Mode not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

All the MCP previously created have been wiped. The while trying to re-add them, the process ends but they don’t appear in the list. No error displayed.

`Expected Result`

The MCP should appear in the list of connectors

`Actual Result`

The MCP does not appear in the list of connectors

MacOS, Safari, Arc Browser
