Bug Report: Memories all wiped

`Steps to Reproduce`

No clue, I asked ChatGPT to save a new memory, then it erased all my old memories except the new one only.

All old memories were wiped

Lots of people on reddit are complaining about it, too - I still have mine but I don't want to even touch it at this point because I don't know what triggers the wipe

I just noticed something, the open AI community on their own website reported similar things to what we're dealing with right now. Coinciding with the 2 weeks before gpt5 released... Does this mean that GPT6 or GPT 5.5 are on their way? Is that what's going on here I wonder..
