Bug Report: gpt-5-thinking-mode error
`Steps to Reproduce`

when i use gpt-5-thinking-mode，i ask what model it is, it answers gpt-4o or gpt-4o-mini,and it doen't think and answer it quickly about the question for quantum mechanics and complex analysis. Also, it spends the gpt-5-thinking credits，i can bear it. i'm a plus user, and this is really trouble for me.

Fix the problem and it can works well.
