Is there a bug with how icons are uploaded? I cannot get an icon to upload to my Custom GPT. I am using a 1024 x 1024 PNG, it many different formats and sizes. I've made several Custom GPTs with custom icons. The Custom GPT I am trying to put it in had a image for a while that was fine and now I can't even upload the old icon into it.
My custom GPT is not any weird GPT against TOS either:

I've got the same issue for one day now (starting yesterday afternoon... not trying before, but was okay weeks ago)
When trying to create using dall-e not even a message... just stop running.

Came here to say you're not alone, I also have the same issue - multiple browsers, desktop, mobile, multiple images ... no luck with upload or DALL-E. Still persists.

Okay,
So It is not able to load the image using the "upload image" from the configure panel.
Yes.
BUT We can use this fix :
01 upload the image using the "upload file" from the configure panel
02 on the CREATE panel use the chat to give the following instruction to the custom GPT
use the <image name with extension> file as icon for this GPT.
That's a tip I've found somwhere on the web, so I give it as I've got it 😉
