Bug Report: Past uploads not loading
`Steps to Reproduce`

Past images used as input for instructions, the ones that appear in the uploads section in "My Library", dont appear.

`Expected Result`

I expect them to appear and be usable in future imputs.

`Actual Result`

The images dont work as imputs because they are not there.

`Environment`

In general. I cant use it in any of the plataforms i have.
