Bug Report: Can't generate 25 seconds videos on Sora 2 even if I'm a Pro User
`Steps to Reproduce`

I access the storyboard and the 25s option its disabled for me

`Expected Result`

Generate 25 seconds video

`Actual Result`

I only have access to 15s video
