Bug Report: Instant rerouting
`Steps to Reproduce`
The whole day ChatGPT was basicaly unuseable. I get rerouted without any reason from first message on, not saftey mode, but GPT-5 instead of GPT-4o, so it's the buggy rerouting again as it seems, don't know what OpenAI are doing again, but they do it wrong. Yesterday at night, 4o worked quite well. If it does work, "connection breaks" at some point, you have to regenerate it and get rerouted again
`Expected Result`
GPT-4o is seletced, so GPT-4o should be the model that's actually used without any rerouting to cheaper and worse models!
