Sora 1 (the original Sora web experience) is currently available in Austria, as Austria is included in OpenAI’s list of supported countries for Sora 1 on the web. You can access it at sora.chatgpt.com/explore if you are in Austria or another supported country see details.

However, the Sora app and Sora 2 (the next-generation model and app) are not yet available in Austria. Access to the Sora app and Sora 2 is currently limited to the US and Canada, with plans to expand to other regions in the future. The United Kingdom, EU (including Austria), and Australia are not included at launch, but you can download the app to be notified when your account becomes eligible see details see FAQ.
