Currently, Sora 2 and the Sora app are only available in the US and Canada. There is no official information in the knowledge sources about when or if Sora 2 will be available in Vietnam. The knowledge sources specifically state that for Sora 2 and the Sora app, access is limited to these two countries at this time, and there is no announcement about expansion to Vietnam or other regions yet Help: Sora App and Sora 2 - Supported Countries.

While Vietnam is a supported country for OpenAI’s API and some other services, this does not currently include Sora 2 or the Sora app. If you are seeing claims that Sora 2 will be available in Vietnam soon, please note that the official sources do not confirm this at this time.
