Bug Report: Branching chats currently not working at all
`Steps to Reproduce`

Attempt to branch chat
Chat window freezes, creates empty chat I can't interact with but appears on sidebar

`Expected Result`

Being able to branch chats. Worked fine yesterday.

`Actual Result`

I cannot branch any of my chats. It starts the generation, the "branched" chat shows up in the sidebar, but it's unable to load and the original chat that's supposed to branch freezes. I also cannot delete the "empty" branched chat, they immediately come back.

`Environment`

Windows 10, Chrome, fully updated, Firefox doesn't work either
