Bug Report: File problems
`Steps to Reproduce`

when I ask chatgpt to generate me a pdf for the past few weeks it keeps refering to this /mnt/data/chatgpt_files_issue_report.pdf and it tells me that the pdf is generated there in the files tab but simply do not have a files tab and it wont generate the usual blue link for download
