Bug Report: Sora Has Issues With Uploaded Images, causes error to show up.
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am experiencing issues with Sora's image generator across multiple devices. All of the images in the upload folder appear as broken image icons and can't be previewed.

`Expected Result`

Remixing with uploaded images

`Actual Result`

An error message shows up:
"There was an unexpected error running this remix/prompt."

Chrome (Windows 11), Android mobile
