The new Sora app and Sora 2 are currently only available in the US and Canada. Egypt is not included in the supported countries for the new Sora app or Sora 2 at this time Source.

However, Sora 1 on the web is available in all OpenAI supported countries, including Egypt Source. If you are in Egypt, you can access Sora 1 via the web, but not the new Sora app or Sora 2.
