Bug Report: Taking Screenshots with MCP fills context window instantly

`Steps to Reproduce`

Run the playwright MCP server and ask Codex to take a screenshot

`Expected Result`

The screenshot should be taken, and possible to see in your project folder

`Actual Result`

Codex instantly runs out of context and nothing works to fix it, I've tried to use /compact or ask it to continue but it doesnt work. Right now it's been "compacting" for 10 minutes and still doing, so its obviously not working.

I am using Codex CLI v 0.49.0
