Bug Report: Sora problems with uploaded pictures, error generating image
`Steps to Reproduce`

I’m experiencing several issues with Sora image generation across devices:
All images stored in the “uploads” folder appear as broken image icons and can’t be previewed.
On macOS (Safari, desktop app), no image presets work except “None.”
On Android (ChatGPT app, Chrome engine), the preset radio buttons are visible but not tappable — they don’t react when selected.
When I try to change a preset by selecting it from one of my previously generated images, I get an error message:
